2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution, respond to communications in a timely manner, and respect the intellectual property rights associated with the services provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. We retain the right to use non-proprietary components, frameworks, and development tools. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, projects require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the project lifecycle. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aiyongya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings or specific business outcomes.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work and transfer necessary assets within 30 days of final payment.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated arbitration body specified in the service agreement.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website.
